It is not our intention to "popularise” his work with it. For just as his activities as a composer, conductor and artistic director spanned the world during his lifetime, even today, more than fifty years after his death, his masterpieces still enjoy international popularity.

We still have vivid memories of Richard Strauss the person, not only as the brilliant creator of Zarathustra and the Rosenkavalier, but also as a loving grandfather. We would gladly share these memories with you.
